Would recommend it to anyone close to, or recently retired.. beautiful pages to colour; I have given several as gifts, to rave reviews. Fletcher opens our eyes (those of us that had them closed anyway) to deeply ingrained biases that unfortunately go untested in the corporate world vis-a-vis gender equality. I agree that most will consider scalping being in and out of trades within seconds for a pip or so, and this is not that. No one interprets all the biblical pictures of hell literally. Used books suit me fine, but if you prefer a new copy for minimally more expense, then you might want to check it out.
I have no experience buying from the Yale Press, but buying from Amazon has always been pleasant.. But it's complicated. You have to see in the flesh to really appreciate it.
