I am pleased that I did. It's a great read. Well documented and well laid out the author begins by showing you how to troubleshoot and what steps you'll have to take in the problem resolution process.

Using NETSTAT, IFCONFIG, IPCONFIG and WINIPCFG, ARP and PING are some of the utilities that are broken down and included in the book. Luckily I avoided being seduced into spending $349 on his Transforming Debt into Wealth System Package as advertised on the radio. Derek and his family keep me entertained and always looking forward to their next grand adventure.

I also appreciated that Derek had more than a small taste of success in this book (much deserved) but that things didn't go exactly as one would expect for a guy who has already been through so much.
