The book comes out of English lit, not science. whether you're "stuffed" or not.. I fell hard for Dan Osborne and this incredible love story.
Peggy has a knack for deep characterization, letting us feel their hearts and emotions, their trials and tribulations. In the next one: " body, mind and proper breathing must be involved". Instead of being placed in a box or forgotten about under a pile, this now finds itself among a half dozen or other books I rely on when making my own recipes.
My original 3 star criticism was due to lack of scientific explanations why remedies work.
The actual recipes in here are very good and worth the money.. Well documented and well laid out the author begins by showing you how to troubleshoot and what steps you'll have to take in the problem resolution process.
